Центральноєвропейський університет (Будапешт, Угорщина), пропонує курс для лідерів НДО, представників міністерств охорони здоров’я, державних службовців та інших спеціалістів з країн Центральної та Східної Європи (зокрема, з України), що займаються проблемами розумово неповносправних людей.
Курс має на меті змінювати акцент опіки над людьми з розумовою неповносправністю з інституційних рамок на модель, засновану на житті спільноти.

CEU Public Policy Executive Programs and the Mental Health Initiative (MHI) - Open Society Foundations, announce the opening of applications for the course "Leading change - From Institutional to Community based Services for People with Mental Disabilities" 2011.
The course is designed for executive level participants (NGO leaders, health and social welfare ministry representatives, heads of units/departments, public servants, specialists) from the CEE/fSU region and aims at building the knowledge needed to understand, approach and influence the shift from isntitutional care to community services for people with mental disabilities.
Applications are encouraged from the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria,Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania,Macedonia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia,Serbia, and Ukraine.
